DFTL: don't make me wait

I know it's Thursday and you're all looking for the lyrical window into the Strange and Wondrous Mind of G, but you should know that I had to post this video. Here's the thing: what took him so long?

Boooo - I can't view videos at work.

I liked Edwards. I wish he had done better.

Boo to working Doc. Seriously! It's Edwards endorsing Obama - which you probably saw on the news anyway :)

I like him too, Susan, I have for a while, I just would have liked an earlier endorsement more - but I'm picky :)

I'm interested to see where Edwards' 18 delegates go. They are pledged to him, but he can release them. And, if for some reason they seat the Michigan and Florida delegations completely, Edwards has another 14 delegates there!

Hmm... can Edwards be Vice President?

WNG said...

Jay - I'm interested to see how they seat Michigan when Obama wasn't on the ballot there. But yeah, he's really only as valuable as his delegates...

NoR - probably Attorney General, at least that's the rumour.

Susan said...

I'll be having hot sweat fantasies about the attorney general then...

......

This no sex thing is starting to get the best of me.

Lightweight.
You couldn't make it as long as I have.

Wait- is that something to be bragging about?!?!?

Oh yeah - I watched it on MSNBC last night while I was playing with the little one... I liked at the beginning where he said he was promised a jet ski!

Edwards is my good ole NC 'home-boy' I am not sure he would be the best VP candidate but a cabinet position is a good spot for him.

Personally, I think the delay was all about ego. Both Clinton and Edwards probably have Obama envy. He's a young upstart who hasn't paid enough dues to be Pres, in their minds. And instead of genuflecting, he makes jokes at their expense. Feelings on all sides are probably driving many of the seemingly irrational actions we've been witnessing this election. I, for one, can't figure out why the hell Hillary is still in the race (or at least, why she's still campaigning in the way she is). It seems that feelings are what's in the way here. There's certainly no logic to it.

But then, that's just an opinion. It's hard to know what the reality is.

And can I just say how much I despise Brian Williams? His blog post explaining why he wouldn't cover the Pentagon Propaganda story was appalling. Just looking at him makes me want to punch him in the face (in a non-violent way, of course :).

Doc - I like any reference to my 'SC homeboy' Stephen Colbert :) and I agreeabout the cabinet post

That makes sense Slag - they are only human after all. I've long since stopped trying to figure Hillary out. Denial is waaay to weak a word for whatever is going there.
Go ahead and punch him (in a non violent way) I bet his hair won't move.
I don't have cable and I don't miss it...well except for SC's favorite son SC.

Ha! So true.

And SC is avail on the interwebs just like Olbermann. I hear you on the cable. I always say that if TV were more Maddow and less Scarborough, I would consider watching it again. Otherwise, I enjoy The Daily Show, Colbert Report, and clips of Olbermann on the interwebs.
